Bug description: fclose() doesn't close tcp socket
With PHP 3.0.11, fclose() doesn't seem to work.
Tested on Linux 2.0.* and 2.2.* kernels. Tested on both
glibc 2 and glibc 2.1 systems.
With PHP 3.0.9 on a Red Hat 5.2, I cannot reproduce the problem.
