OK. Same bug demonstration code on a PHP 3.0.9 served URL:
http://www.mdb.ku.dk/tarvin/socket/
Notice how there are never ESTABLISHED sockets on the 3.0.9 served page
after the socket is closed. There, the connection status goes to
TIME_WAIT right away and soon vanishes.
