jsp style tag libraries

Hya, Is it possible with an extension to write something similar like the jsp tag libraries without rewriting the zend engine? For people who do not know how tag libraries work -in short- you can write something like this: <country-combobox /> and that will generate a comobox filled with all the country's (for registration pages) It's very handy because designers are familiar with HTML style tags and do not have to know what's behind the country-combobox object. (in this case i want it to be a php class that's generating the code for a countryfilled combobox) // Redmar Kerkhoff, Netherlands. If it's possible then i'm going to develop it. (if it isn't here already (i couldn't find it))
