Yes, right now I have
c:\winnt\php.ini
c:\winnt\php-cgi.ini
c:\winnt\php-cli.ini
PHP tries to open them from
C:\home\php\php4\Release_TS_Inline\C:\WINNT\
not from
C:\WINNT\
