This is already changed in the latest CVS (the php4dll.dsp is a little bit left out under Win32,
since we usually check the thread-safe version for ISAPI compliance, which is php4dllts.dsp).
About the Win32 cleanliness of PHP 4.0 - that's absolutely right too. Much of PHP 4.0 was
developed under Win32/Visual C++, and Win32 stability and cleanliness was rated much
higher for version 4.0 than it was in version 3.0.
