PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Bad include
If you give configure --with-gd=../gd1.3/, then during
compilation it uses -I../gd1.3/. But gd is in subdirectory
so it is not a correct correct path. In version 3 this
worked correctly.
