This message was sent from Geocrawler.com by "Colleen" <colleens@snap.com> Be sure to reply to that address. Trying to compile php, into apache with mysql extentions. Appears to install fine but when I get look at varaibles with php.test page the compilation variables read: Compilation definitions: MYSQL_INCLUDE= MYSQL_LFLAGS= MYSQL_LIBS with no paths defined. How do I get it to read the paths? Here is what I have done. 1) installed mysql and tested. 2) followed install instructions to a "T" on http://www.php.net/manual/install-unix.php3 webserver 4) checked paths exist, and tested webserver working properly I even moved the libmysqlclient.a to /usr/local/lib to see if this would help. No success. Any ideas, of what I need to do to make the mysql paths get compiled in? Geocrawler.com - The Knowledge Archive
