Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/imagick.rotateimage
---

The manual page for the GD equivalent http://www.php.net/imagerotate however, states:

angle
Rotation angle, in degrees. The rotation angle is interpreted as the number of degrees to rotate the
image anticlockwise.
