Or at least remember the language user select before. For example my location is Germany. Google navigates me to http://php.net/manual/de/function.ceil.php i changed my language to English. Next time i come to http://php.net/manual/de/function.ceil.php, i would like to get English version, until when i'm not select another language in the dropdown list.
