This doesn't makes much sense, as "chaîne à guillemets" is nowhere near meaning "Quoted-Printable" and also as "Quoted-Printable" is a format name, I believe it shouldn't be translated (and wikipedia does too: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quoted-Printable).
