Hi,

I tried to commit new file translations (by with PhD O.E.), but got an
error: 
svn:
'/local/web/sites/edit.php.net/data/phpdoc-all/ru/reference/swoole/swoole/http'
is not a working copy

Some files commited correct (eg
/ru/reference/mysql_xdevapi/mysql_xdevapi/databaseobject/*.xml), some
– with this error.
