Yes, just tried to commit again this files:
ru/reference/swoole/swoole/http/server/on.xml
ru/reference/swoole/swoole/http/server/start.xml
and got an error:
svn:
'/local/web/sites/edit.php.net/data/phpdoc-all/ru/reference/swoole/swoole/http/server' is
not a working copy

Also, after committing directly to svn, PhD O.E. doesn't sync these changes.
Eg:
translated file: https://svn.php.net/repository/phpdoc/ru/trunk/reference/swoole/swoole/http/server/on.xml
But there're no this file in PhD O.E.

I was able to commit files using svn (http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revision&revision=347674),
but these files did not appear in the PhD O.E.
