PHP version: Irrelevant
PHP Bug Type: Translation problem
Bug description: [JA] cURL CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL description is confusing
Description:
------------
CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL will TUNNEL the request which is useful for FTP
over HTTP proxy. It is not a flag to enable or disable the proxy usage. The
Japanese documentation is confusing. If we set CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL to
true, HTTP CONNECT method will used to connect to proxy server.
