CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL is not associated with proxy usage, rather its associated with tunneling ssl by proxy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2009-01-21 05:18:00] kawai at apache dot org Description: ------------ CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL will TUNNEL the request which is useful for FTP over HTTP proxy. It is not a flag to enable or disable the proxy usage. The Japanese documentation is confusing.
