You could send patches via edit.php.net, but I'm not sure if
somebody is looking after that.

Log: Fix #77228: [tr] delete() content is a little different than the original
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2018-12-02 21:53:43] requinix@php.net
Description:
------------
Copied from bug #77227.
Page has some contents that are misleading, and do not match the original page.
"void delete(void)"
and the part that has "returnvalues" value set as div class.
This page was created to make developers realize that there is no such function, but aforementioned
content denies them from realizing that, making it look like there is such function.
I tried to fix it and submit a commit but was unable to. I could not figure out which repo I should
create PR for.
