PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers() documentation is ambigious

Description:
------------
In the documentation, this function is marked as being available from
5.3.0 upwards, but it already works in my 5.2.8 shipped with the WAMP stack
from XAMPP: http://us2.php.net/manual/de/datetimezone.listidentifiers.php

Since I want to use this function for a larger open source project which
needs to be compatible from 5.2.0 onwards, I need to know if this is a
glitch in my PHP 5.2.8 or if the documentation is broken, in which case I
need to find another way to solve my issue. :-)

Thanks for your help.
