This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

I've used "am Anfang" instead of "initial" (sounds better IMHO).

This is wrong, because the word "initial" is missing!!!
in english:
strspn Find length of initial segment matching mask
Correct would be
strspn Ermittelt die initiale Länge der beinhaltenden Zeichen
