Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.str-replace#Parameters
---
The parameter "count" on the str-replace documentation page is currently
a "note"
format (shown with the "note:" text). To be persistent with other
optional fields
(such as fields from mysql_connect) this parameter's documentation
should be a
regular parameter format, not a note format.
Expected result:
----------------
The expected format is a regular parameter format stating:
"If passed, this will hold the number of matched and replaced needles."
