Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2011-01-07 04:39:19] aharvey@php.net Automatic comment from SVN on behalf of aharvey Revision: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/?view=revision&revision=307205 Log: Fix doc bug #53678 (Formatting Suggestion: "count" parameter). Also fix up the str_ireplace() manual page, which seems to have lost paragraphs here and there for some reason, by copying verbiage across from the str_replace() page and changing it as required, and fix a grammatical error in the paragraph about using arrays as search and replacement values. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2011-01-07 04:25:48] aharvey@php.net Yeah, that's a bit odd. :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2011-01-06 22:01:08] jballard at natoga dot com Description: ------------ --- From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.str-replace#Parameters --- The parameter "count" on the str-replace documentation page is currently a "note" format (shown with the "note:" text). To be persistent with other optional fields (such as fields from mysql_connect) this parameter's documentation should be a regular parameter format, not a note format. Expected result: ---------------- The expected format is a regular parameter format stating: "If passed, this will hold the number of matched and replaced needles." ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=53678&edit=1
