Log: clarify meaning of session name (doc #54608)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[2011-04-26 19:28:00] seven dot rchristie at gmail dot com
Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.session-name#Parameters
---
The session name references the session id in cookies and URLs. It
should
contain only alphanumeric characters; it should be short and descriptive
(i.e.
for users with enabled cookie warnings). If name is specified, the name
of the
current session is changed to its value.
The first sentence should be changed. It is confusing as it could mean
the
session id itself, it should be rephrased to:
The session name references the variable name used to store the session
id in
cookies and URLs; it should be short and descriptive (i.e. for users
with
enabled cookie warnings). If name is specified, the name of the current
session
is changed to its value.
