Good catch; this was to have been added in PHP 6, but was never backported to 5.x.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.proc-open#refsect1-function.proc-open-parameters
---
The manpage states that you can give a stream context by passing it as "context" in
$other_options. The php-source however doesn't use it.
