Pages cannot be displayed in PHP HTML Manual (English) when clicked on
some topics in the contents pane.
These topics are:
1. Language Reference > Control Structures > if (works when you click
prev or next)
2. Zend API
3. PHP API: Interfaces for extension writers (shows different topics
when using prev/next)
4. Appendixes (main page cannot be displayed but works with prev/next)
Note: PHP Manual was unblocked after downloading by right clicking >
Properties > Unblock.
