Just downloaded the latest English CHM manual and there are pages
missing. eg. Accepting Arguments, Accessing Arguments,Adding functions
to PHP, API Macros, Appendixes, Arrays(second option), Assuring Write
Safety for Other Parameters,Booleans(second option), Built in
modules,Calling user functions,Compiling modules, Complex types etc.
