Javascript errors and broken links in php_manual_sample_5.zip

Hello, I downloaded windows chm format manual http://weblabor.hu/php-doc-chm/php_manual_sample_5.zip. I am using Internet Explorere 5.5. After extracting it I opened php_manual_en.chm. It wasn't slow but it is worse than http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/php_manual_en.chm. These may have been reported already. Second and Third links in Toc i.e. Php Manual, Php Manual and Preface are broken plus 100's more are broken like what is php etc.. All appendix links are broken. There are JavaScript errors on almost every second page.
