What you write in the numbered list looks to me like re-formulation of the Creative Commons License Deed [1] I was already aware of before writing to you. To be honest, that human readable version of your licensing terms made me actually asking: >> How does the author or licensor specify the manner to attribute the work as per CC BY 3.0? You wrote back this list, which is not giving me much: >    1.) Tell people that we wrote it all and that we own the Copyright. >    2.) Don't claim that we support and/or endorse you or your work. >    3.) Don't claim any rights or ownership to the original content. >    4.) If you modify something, let people know you did it and that we didn't. For example who is "we" but more importantly how want "we" to be mentioned in an attribution? For me - and I also think others - It would be good to have some exemplary sentence or sentences how that attribution would look like so that it can be easily used. I'm also fine if the copyright holders do not have any requirements on the specific manner of attribution. It's not that I need this if it can not or must not be given. But in that case, this should be written somewhere because this could be a waiver. Best Regards, -- hakre [1] http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
