Hello Copyright holders of the PHP Manual, Circa a month ago I tried to get an answer to the question who/how the authors of the PHP Manual want to be attributed under CC BY 3.0: > How does the author or licensor specify the manner to attribute the work as per CC BY 3.0? I now ask again in the hope to get an answer as I do not see this has been sufficient answered so far. To prevent any misunderstandings, I'd like to start repeating what the short form of CC BY 3.0 regarding attribution states so to make the context of my questions clear: > Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor > (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work). You could help me a lot by answering the following three, simple questions: 1.) Please tell me who the author or licensor is. 2.) Please tell me whether a) the author alone or b) the licensor alone or c) both author and licensor together do specify the manner of attribution. 3.) Please tell me where that manner of attribution is specified. I hope these three simple questions are not too much, let me know if you've got questions back. Please let me also know if you can not answer any of these three simple questions or if you need some more time with this. Sincerely yours, -- hakre   http://hakre.wordpress.com/
