Asumming that the whole translation is in the DocBook XML format, you
will need a CVS account at cvs.php.net, so you can put it in a
directory like the other translations, e.g. the Spanish translation is
in /phpdoc/es/, the German ono in /phpdoc/de/, the Japanese one in
/phpdoc/jp, etc.
See cvs.php.net, as well as the HowTo for the documentation project
for more info. Do not commit HTML files, use XML documents conforming
to the DocBook DTD.
Look in the list archive also to see if someone else is also doing a
Chinese translation.
