This function is called for all verbatim elements (programlisting,
screen and so on). When there is attribute role set, its contents are
placed as value of class in output HTML (eg. class="php"). If there is
no role attribute, class is set to element name (eg.
class="programlisting").
If you want know place in DSSSL stylesheet from where this code is
called look for "element programlisting".
