XML module missing docs

Hello All!
I'm using the php xml module and I notice that there
are some missing documentation about the following
functions,
xml_parser_create_ns
xml_set_start_namespace_decl_handler
xml_set_end_namespace_decl_handler
Is there anyone working on documenting this? If not, I
can do that and post the docs here. (I'm thinking of
applying for a cvs account)
There is also an undocumented option, SKIP_WHITESPACE.
