+1 for having them in (it does not harm anybody)
-1 for inconsitency. mark tried to have all files similar (as he pointed
out in a previous mail).
Since there are over 1500 files without the normal Revision tag and over
700 without the EN Revision, including the "normal" could be done
better by a shell sript or so, than doing this all by hand.
