Well, ideally the constants page on all extension pages should document
the constants used by that extension with explanation... Other functions
may also document function specific constants... We are in the progress
of moving constants/ini/configure information from other places to
extension documentation, so this is more in context then before (the
predefined constants docs were documented in an appendix)...
