Well, it's actually a rendering issue. AFAIK there is no method
using the current DSSSL sheets and DocBook XML to put those sections
to separate chunks. We need to tweak the style sheets to generate
those sections into separate chunks. I don't feel myself too powerful
to cope with this problem in DSSSL, but I can make it work in the XSL
sheets. This is not enough though, because all the files are generated
with the DSSSL sheets...
To sum it up, we are aware of this problem, but need time to sort out.
