I'm a little bit confused about how to start the bulgarian translation. I've
followed the steps as described in:
http://www.php.net/manual/howto/chapter-translation.html
So I've reached this one:
"After you have received your CVS account, ask group@php.net to create a new
phpdoc-LANGCODE CVS module, and a new doc-LANGCODE mailing list for the new
translation."
So...I requested twice to create the phpdoc-bg module, and doc-bg mailing
list, by sending an email to group@php.net, but nothing has happened.
What I am supposed to do now?

Yes, there are quite some guys, but they don't have too much time. You probably need to wait. I don't have permission to create such services, sorry...
