Well, I have stopped the chm_xsl generation process after 38 minutes, as only
238 files have been generated. html_xsl generated ~3300 files during its 33
minutes run just to compare... Doh, I'll see what the fast chunking mechanism
can do to the HTMLHelp sheets...
