Can someone tell me/fix what is wrong with 'make test' WRT the dbplus
extension?
[john@coogle phpdoc]$ make test
/usr/bin/onsgmls -i lang-en -D . -s ./dtds/dbxml-4.1.2/phpdocxml.dcl
manual.xml
/usr/bin/onsgmls:/home/john/working/phpdoc/en/reference/dbplus/reference.xml:44:4:E: general entity
"reference.dbplus.configure" not defined and no default entity
I was going to try to fix it, but apparently there is something I'm
missing.
