Can someone tell me/fix what is wrong with 'make test' WRT the dbplus
extension?
[john@coogle phpdoc]$ make test
/usr/bin/onsgmls -i lang-en -D . -s ./dtds/dbxml-4.1.2/phpdocxml.dcl
manual.xml /usr/bin/onsgmls:/home/john/working/phpdoc/en/reference/dbplus/reference.xml:44:4:E: general entity "reference.dbplus.configure" not defined and no default entity
I was going to try to fix it, but apparently there is something I'm
missing.
Practical to remember: always run configure before make,
except if you have changed only the content of some files,
but it may also be neccesssary to run configure then (because
of internal entity tests)
So basically always run configure before make.
