New Comment: This bug really isn't helpful to anyone other than moriyoshi@php.net, would be nice if there was a short description of what needs to be added. Since you've been getting reminders for almost a year, I guess closing it won't hurt.

As I mentioned already, there should be some developers who can add enough description to the documentation (because the HTML-ENTITIES feacture was originally added by Marcus). So I don't think it's only helpful to me. I don't seem to be able to argue though. Moriyoshi
