Re: dom docs first attempt

The files are commited, but the only change was to change the tabs to spaces. I still havent added more examples and the object properties. Could use some help on the addition of properties. I took a look at mysqli, but the properties there also had a corresponding procedural syntax, so wasnt sure if I really was supposed to follow this as these properties are true object properties only. This is my first exposure to the phpdocs so you are going to have to bear with me.
