new docs translation: norwegian

Hello Systems Geeks, The PHP documentation is adding a new translation! This is for the Norwegian language with the code 'no'. Here's what you need to do: * New mailing list: doc-no@lists.php.net - How? * New newsgroup: php.doc.no - Update the colobus configuration file? And here's the part I will do: * New CVS module: phpdoc-no - Create/import the module - Update CVSROOT/modules - Update loginfo with mailing list info - Add language 'no' to docweb for revcheck - Copy .cvsignore from phpdoc to phpdoc-no Thank you! Regards, Philip
