Hello folks,
accordingly to http://news.php.net/php.doc/969384950 I managed to finish first draft of tutorial for new PHP Manual contributors. It covers the most important topics (in my opinion), but it of course require improvements.
First of all, I need some linguistic support. My English level is poor and any help on making it less broken is aprecciated. I am also relatively new member so this resource may contain meritorical errors.
Not finished parts at the moment:
- style guidelines - I would need some mentoring here as I don't really know this topic; just summarize Fedora Doc Style Guide here?
- PhD docs - not finished yet, but I'm working on it
Technical backend, so parsing files and integrating it with doc.php.net, is also not ready yet, but I will commit it soon. It should be simple work.
Here is the code:

Feedback or just changes/PRs to this repository are welcome!
Thanks in advice,
Maciej.
