Good morning again. I removed old HOWTOs. I hope you are fine with this, because I really tried to migrate all needed info into a new guide. This may be not perfect but it provides more useful informations than old resources. Contributions and suggestions are still welcome, of course. I did my best to replace links in all popular places.
