Patch - roblem with a manual build

Hello, I created little patch for a manual, but I have problems building it locally. It is the first time I created language snippet/entity and maybe I messed something up? However, I'm unable to find a syntax error in it and configure.php fails with: Loading and parsing manual.xml... failed. Stopping here. Eyh man. No worries. Happ shittens. Try again after fixing the errors above. I would be very glad if someone could spent a minute on it and look for errors in the attatched patch (it's quite short). Cheers, Maciej.
