Hi Christoph,
The duplicate IDs are caused by a bug in libxml 2.9.2, see <http://news.php.net/php.doc/969385731>. The warnings are also caused by a bug in libxml (see <https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=69753>), but are secondary, as those will only occur if there are errors, and only on Windows.
