If I may ask, which translation or translations are you interested in
working on?
Have you submitted any patches so far, for example via the online editor at
https://edit.php.net?
If yes, it would be good to hear from the maintainer(s) of the translation
that the patches were made for: can anyone verify them?
If no, I encourage you to create and submit some documentation translation
patches as we like to see that you understand how to edit and translate the
documentation before handing out an account.
