On every page of the manual, we have an "edit" link (it's just beneath the language chooser at the top of the page). Clicking this link will take you to the online documentation editor (at https://edit.php.net) and will automatically open up the correct documentation source file (we use the DocBook XML format) for you to edit. From there, make and save your changes, then once ready you can submit the changes as a "patch for review" (right-click the files in your "work in progress" section). From there, it's a good idea to let someone know (e.g. email me directly) that everything is ready to be reviewed, and hopefully committed. Let me know if you have any questions!
