I have a sneaky feeling both might be using phd from git rather then installed ones.. although that needs to be looked into.1) Do I understand it correctly that in fact PHP Manual is build only on two boxes? docs.php.net (euk2) and rsync (sc2)?
I don't think it lists email. This ("php") account lists projects from several people, rather unrelated, I would say. https://packagist.org/packages/php/If I know Philip... He probably created it. Does it list email address or something? I can't figure out how to find this user on packagist...3) Assuming that we want such change. Under whose account should it be kept on Packagist. There is one named "php" but I don't think it belogs to any of us. Maybe new account like "phpnet" or "phpdotnet". Or maybe Hannes would like to have it assigned, as its main creator?
Does packagist support organization? I'd be weird to be on a personal account.I doesn't distinguish them AFAIK.
