I'm piping in to say thanks for investigating this. This will make it
easier for people altering PhD to get everything running since they
are more familiar with composer. We have a few people working on some
updates to PHP.net that will need to be coordinated to go live, so
making everything easy is very nice.
And on that note if anyone else is interested in helping with it I
