Status of the italian translation

Hi, I'm a contributor of the Italian translation of the documentation and I'd like to know why some updated files are not present in the website. For example if I access to gzuncompress <http://php.net/manual/it/function.gzuncompress.php> documentation I can't find the italian version, but if I go to gzuncompress <http://docs.php.net/manual/it/function.gzuncompress.php> I can find it. Anyway is there a minimum percentage of translated files to say that a language is not inactive? Sorry if I ask a classic question. Thanks for your time. Have a nice day, Davide Pastore
