I've documented the GD and SQLite3 related stuff, and also the PCRE J
modifier. I'll try to do some more in the next days, but I can't promise.
Anyhow, the change regarding realpath_cache_size[1] does not really
belong into the PHP 7.2 migration guide, since this has been changed in
7.0.16 and 7.1.2 already[2].
