That would be great! We should migrate doc-en to use GitHub Actions,
because Travis isn't really suitable anymore for open-source projects. The
resource limits aren't practical.
It would be nice if we could mostly share the CI configuration between
languages, to avoid discrepancies. Something along the lines of storing the
main workflow in the doc/base repository, and then in translations clone
the base repo and forward to it. I'm not terribly familiar with the
technicalities of GH actions...
